Privacy

This page explains what happens to the details you give us on this website.

Who we are

WK Catering Ltd (company number 15487676), 13 High Street, Tadcaster LS24 9AP. Phone 07798 708480, email jules@walkers-kitchen.co.uk.

Quote requests

When you send a quote request, we receive your name, phone number, the event type, date and number of people, and anything else you add: delivery or collection, postcode, dietary needs, email and notes. Dietary needs can say something about your health or beliefs, so only add what we need to know to feed your guests safely.

The form opens WhatsApp on your phone with the request filled in, and it reaches us only if you tap Send. A copy also comes to us by email as soon as you press the button on the form. We use your details only to reply with a quote and to arrange the catering, and we delete them when we no longer need them for that or for our accounts.

We never sell your details or use them for marketing.

Who handles it for us

The website is run by York Websites. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and the email copy is sent through Resend. They handle the details only to deliver the website and the email. Messages you send on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for visitors, and there is no tracking or advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: ring or email us. If you're unhappy with how we handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
